General Terms and Conditions for the Home Office Service
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the provider of the home office service, Bodo Kopplin and the customer, which are concluded via the provider's website.
2. Subject of the contract
The provider provides the customer with services in the area of home office. The exact services result from the service description on the provider's website.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded by the provider accepting the customer's application. The customer receives a confirmation of the conclusion of the contract by E-Mail.
4. Prices and payment terms
The prices for the services result from the provider's price list. For new customers, a deposit of 33% of the order value of the first order is expected. Payment is made after the provider has issued an invoice. Translations will be sent as encrypted PDF documents. The work remains the property of HomeOffice Worldwide, Bodo Kopplin until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the password to decrypt the PDF file will be sent.
5. Liability
The provider's liability for damages caused by slight negligence is excluded, provided that these do not affect essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, guarantees or claims under the Product Liability Act.
6. Data protection
The provider undertakes to treat the customer's personal data confidentially and not to pass it on to third parties.
7. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the rest of the contract remains unaffected.
