Previously, I served as a 1st-Level IT Helpdesk Support at Fujitsu Technology Solutions in Lisbon. I accurately responded to user inquiries and ensured smooth resolution via phone and remote access. This role required quick ticket creation and, when necessary, skillful escalation to specialized departments. After a brief break in my hometown of Berlin to attend to personal matters, I returned to the dynamic business world.

Earlier, I worked at Webhelp in Lisbon, where I handled compensation claims for a British airline. I collaborated with legal representatives and national enforcement bodies to secure passenger claims. My German language skills were invaluable in managing complex correspondence in a remote work setting.

Additionally, I worked as a freelance customer advisor for Yoummday GmbH in Munich and Elysionwasser Schweiz in Wauwil, Switzerland, demonstrating my versatility in remote work environments.

In previous roles, I honed my skills in production management, site supervision, and assembly coordination, developing strong leadership qualities and organizational acumen. Embracing remote work allowed me to adapt and thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.
